chalean extreme: push circuit 3

i did pc 3 today:) now, laura and i are ready to work on our third week of

push--we are at the halfway point of chalean extreme!! it has gone quickly! last

week was a tough one for me--personal problems getting in the way of my workout

focus. while i did all of the weight circuits i missed a cardio and abs workout.

feeling better this week-- i will be concentrating on my diet and fitting all of

the workouts in this week--even if it means working out late at night or early

in the morning.
