Hi all, I am just now getting home at 6:45 PM. I have had a very busy day and didn't have time to post my workout this morning. It wasn't really much of one anyways. Today I did Joyce Vedral On The Ball workout. It was a nice change of pace with Joyce as it was all done with a stability ball. It was supposed to be two 15 minute workouts to be done an seperate days, but it was so short I just did it all at once. It was an upper body portion and a lower body portion. It was soo easy it didn't even feel like I did anything though. Part of it was done with weights, but part of it was just squeezing the ball between your legs. I guess I didn't squeeze hard enough, I don't really know. Tomorrow will be some sort of Blanks again. I have about 6 packages here though that came today that I haven't even opened yet. Maybe something will jump out and me to do tomorrow instead. I am off to take care of some stuff. I had to delete a lot of messages today as I had over 400, but I am skimming through reading some of them. Have a great evening everyone.
