Hi all, this morning I got up and did Joyce Vedral The Definition workout Upper Body portion. This time I used 7, 8 and 10 pound weights for some things, but the overhead shoulder presses and tricep work I had to drop back down to 5's and 7's mostly. This workout lasted about 30 minutes. My shoulders were feeling it all day at work today. After work I was feeling a little fat (tomorrow is weigh in day) and also a little guilty about buying so many workouts lately that I thought I should do a little bonus workout. I did a new one that I had bought at the deep discount sale, Walk Slim 4 fast miles. sure has perked it up a little since last time I bought her videos, this one had quite a bit of boosted walking (jogging) and some leg swings, these were different from what I remember of her. This one also came with a bonus DVD 1 mile jog which I didn't do but I did preview it. I may try this one soon, I dont know that I can actually finish a one mile jog but I would be willing to give it a try and see how I do. This 4 mile walk was quite a good little bonus workout, not to much but just enough to ease my mind and get rid of a little stress. I have to work tomorrow and then I am off for 6 days. I can't wait. I am so jealous of everyone doing thier new Cathe's but I am waiting for everyone's input and reviews before I decide to buy them. I plan to get at least one of them next month. I am slowly switching all my email from my earthlink account to my hotmail account and have now been able to receive messages. I think in a month or two I am going to cancel earthlink and find a new internet provider. Have a great evening everyone.
