Yay on the clearance !  So happy for you.   Awesome job with the workout, you've got some great poundage their Tuffy!!!  It's freezing here too!  Like 18 degrees...BRRRRR...

Saw Dr. No yesterday, and after much [painful] shoulder adjustment and adductor smashing I was given clearance to do my shoulder workout today.  Butt cheeks and shoulders are feelin' the pump!  Here's what you do and what I used:

standard overhead press - 15'ssingle leg lunge - 30'sstanding reverse flys - 8's (I can go up next time but didn't want to stress my shoulder too much)standing arnold press- 15's +EXTREME

single leg deadlifts, love these!  - 20's +EXTREMEbent over lat raise - 10's +EXTREMEfrontal shoulder press - 15's +EXTREME

single leg tap lunges - OW!!  20's +EXTREMElateral delt raise - 10s +EXTREMEWe got our first snow in Portland today, not too much, but Baby, it's COLD outside!  I bring my lunch, am too poor to go shopping, so I'll probably work out during my lunch hour at the Sweat Shop, a cardio machine of some sort, perhaps the bike?  Really wanting my own spin bike! 

Depending on bills I might even be able to swing it this paycheck, we'll see.

Wow! Can't believe you have snow! It is really mild here - in the 60's yesterday. I'm not complaining after snowmaggedon last winter!Donna

push has been fun! having a partner(s) to do a program like chalean extreme

makes it much more enjoyable.

throughout chalean extreme i have been looking at all of the p90x workouts and

thinking about what that is going to be like! making my plan to get the chin-up

up bar and push-up stands. i'm going to commit myself to 6 months--or i guess

that is 2 rounds.
