D  Saw Dr. No yesterday, and after much [painful] shoulder adjustment and adductor smashing I was given clearance to do my shoulder workout today. Butt cheeks and shoulders are feelin' the pump! Here's what you do and what I used: standard overhead press - 15'ssingle leg lunge - 30'sstanding reverse flys - 8's (I can go up next time but didn't want to stress my shoulder too much)standing arnold press- 15's +EXTREME single leg deadlifts, love these! - 20's +EXTREMEbent over lat raise - 10's +EXTREMEfrontal shoulder press - 15's +EXTREME single leg tap lunges - OW!! 20's +EXTREMElateral delt raise - 10s +EXTREMEWe got our first snow in Portland today, not too much, but Baby, it's COLD outside! I bring my lunch, am too poor to go shopping, so I'll probably work out during my lunch hour at the Sweat Shop, a cardio machine of some sort, perhaps the bike? Really wanting my own spin bike! Depending on bills I might even be able to swing it this paycheck, we'll see.
