Guest guest Posted November 23, 2010 Report Share Posted November 23, 2010 Got a perfect in today!  I was a bit late to start, so thinking I would have a short workout, but I managed to get my hour in. (I'll eat breakfast after I take the boys to school). Anyway, I did Cathe's Muscle Max Upper Body Premix. I love this premix. It really gets the job done in just 40 minutes. Good stuff! I went heavier than Cathe in most, if not all, and feel I fatigued 'them' all plenty! Afterwards, I thought a lower body floorwork would be perfect since I've worked my lower body plenty the last couple days with the zillion plyos... and I'm trying to stay away from lunges with my piriformis pain.. (speaking of I have major DOMS in my calves). So, I went with Grace's Rockin Models, and did the 25 minute lower body floor section. Wow, loved it. Perfect. It's tough.. where I had to take breaks, but not to where I couldn't maybe eventually nail it all. I really like this workout. I love how you can break it into sections easy enough for add-ons. I'd like to do the whole she-bang sometime soon to see how she flows In the end I burned 409 calories with 109 as my average.Happy Tuesday all!! Two more days until we feast!! ;)D Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
