Ringas has now been permanently banned

from the Rife Forum and this Rife YahooGroup.

After a careful independent review of 's track record and much

deliberation, I wish to inform you that I have made the decision to permanently

ban Ringas from the Rife Forum and the Rife YahooGroup for repeated breach

of the forum rules. This ban is effective immediately.

After repeated private discussions with , it became clear to me that his

behavior and goals are incompatible with the rules of behavior required on the

Rife Forum.

Please note that my decision is final. There will be no further discussion

regarding this matter, to avoid any further disharmony and disruption to the

forum objectives and focus.

I do wish the very best for the future.
