Switched to raw goat milk about six months ago and don't plan on ever going back. Recently not a lot of goat milk so am switching to raw cow milk and cream next week and can't wait to begin making raw milk keifer and yogurt products and raw butter! (already made cheese and sour cream last summer which I'll continue). Guess that's all for my 'introduction' to the group.
