Glad you had a nice vacation - anything's better than zero degree temps!!! Better stock up on that glutamine, my friend. I ran out once and have never let that happen again! LOL Jen B. Guest guest
Welcome back Andy, You were truly missed! Sorry but I need you here! I am in day 4 of week 11. I have eaten cleanly with food but have not made one workout this week. Been in an emotional/spiritual crisis and have been so drawn in I couldn't budge myself. (Lost 5 lbs. since Monday night as a result) But today, I'm better and am sitting here wearing my workout clothes and will do cardio and abs at 4:00. Again, so glad to see you back online. Guest guest
Good to hear you are feeling better. I think it is an emotional time for many of us with all the news reports we hear regarding the war. I know I can't even get away from hearing the extended 5 day forecast for Baghdad. Go workout, you'll feel better and this will pass. Andy > Welcome back Andy, > > You were truly missed! Sorry but I need you here! > > I am in day 4 of week 11. And you are right, I did and I did. I also was able to address some of my issues last night with those that it concerned and worked out some very good solutions. As a result I will now have some time pressures off of me so I can attend to some other areas of my life I feel I have been neglecting for a long time. Feels good, and I know now things are going to improve in lots of places; home, family, creativity. Thanks for your support. Kelley

Guest guest
Hey guys! Sorry for the silence as of late. I have read many of the posts. I have had another adventure...Monday a week ago, i went back to the ER with my second stroke in as many weeks. Yep...just too much fun! Good thing is i got a Neurology consult i have trying to get for the past four years....this guy is great...i told him i was tired of the Dragon kicking my ass and wanted to start kicking back. he said he was going to be very aggressive and dig deep...he wasn't kidding...he " took " 16 vials of blood and 8 swabs for DNA testing....then, he conducted a very thorough exam including extensive manual muscle and neurological testing, static and dynamic sitting and standing balance tests. I am encouraged and optomistic...also, I have returned to school through the University of Phoenix online to pursue my Master's Degree in Health Care Administration/ Gerontology.....my doc won't release me to drive or go back to work until my visit on the 27th...so, please continue in prayer for me as i do for you guys. Hope everyone has a wonderful day! LB
