stimming behaviour (Laugh) ?

i understand that every kid on spectrum is unique, but as a curious parent, needed advocacy.one of my son's stimming behaviours is laughing, his laugh starts only in the late evenings and lasts for a total of ten-twenty minutes with zero joint attentionI was wondering if any of your kids has similar stimming behaviour, offcourse we try to prevent it.but was curious to get a answer from you'll in terms of why and what is causing it (biomedically or any nutrition supplement would help)
