Guest guest
I have been buying Organic Valley Organic small curd cotage cheese. Although I knew it was pasturiezed I did not check the product. I thought it was a whole milk product. It is made with 4% milkfat on the lower left hand side. I looked online to find a provider for whole milk cottage cheese. I would prefer it to be raw, yet I would also buy homogenized whole milk also. I checked at Whole Foods. They have no supplier for whole milk cottage cheese. Where would I write to obtain whole milk cottage cheese through the mail. The state I am in does not allowraw milk products. Also, this might be a great opportunity for someone to contact Whole Foods to sell raw ora psturized whole milk cottage cheese on a commeercial basis. I am really amazed. Not even the produce manager at the local Whole Foods was aware that they had nowhole milk cottage cheese, nor did he seem to care at all. I would appreciate an address and name and hopefully a website to write to. A phone number whould be helpful also. Also, I would note that the presidential candidate Ron proposes to make raw milk legal throughout the United States.
