Jen's exercise for Thursday 04/30/09

Today, almost 4 months after I started exercising this year, I'm back at it. YEA FOR ME!

I'm starting ChaLEAN Extreme again.... I think it's better for me to start when I'm not as busy so that I can get into some kind of exercising/healthy eating rhythm before I get super busy again.
