The Rebounder Workout

Has anyone heard of this? The person doing it is Wendilee Walpole Lassiter. She is very thin but not too thin probably. She seems to have decent shapely muscles but the camera never gets close enough to know for sure. I got it in a trade on VF. The production quality is really bad and the music is horrible. It is from Fitness, Inc., website address is body.bfit.com but that website no longer exists. I did a search on Wendilee Walpole Lassiter and the company and only found one site that apparently is someone that got cheated out of money or something by this woman and her husband and talks about trying to contact them (and being unable to. Anyway, this is shot in a field in Texas. Just Wendilee and her rebounder plus some dumbbells but no information about what weights she's using. She is doing voiceover with lots of inane comments, many of which have nothing to do with exercise or the workout. There are no closeups, in fact the entire thing is filmed at one angle. She's in the foreground but there is lots of dried out grass behind her and trees farther back so it isn't even beautiful.. Almost no instruction about form or technique, just cueing and miscueing ("oh, I mean..." when she makes a mistake) and dumb comments. It is supposedly 90 second strength training intervals on, around and over the rebounder, alternating with 30 seconds of cardio. It sounds good, well, the back cover did but the video itself doesn't though there is supposedly a music on/off feature I haven't found yet. I've never done a rebounder video and didn't really know what to expect but this is just not great. This is supposedly 52 minutes. I can't believe this goes on for almost an hour. I will try at least part of it once. Possibly next week just to know what it is like to do it. It doesn't look awful. I'm watching her balance on one foot on the rebounder doing hammer curls with a dumbbell right now. And now she's doing an interval of what looks like frog jumps and now is on the other leg and using the other arm for hammer curls. That should make for good core work too. Interesting. Oh well.

On a brighter spot, I just got a's P90X videos too and am going to look at those too when I get a chance (hopefully by tomorrow)! Tony's inane comments are at least funny! (to me anyway)!

she took payments for pre-orders on a workout video and never

actually created it.

and, i believe, she did not return any of the money.

her name isnt even allowed to be mentioned on VF... they refer to

her as something like 'she-who-cannot-be-named' like she is harry

potter character.

That's actually better than the rebounder video in terms of production quality and certainly in terms of her commentary!
