Guest guest
Don't do it yourself! LOL... What I have created will work, but it was not worth the time and effort! I have 2 lb pairs, and 3 lb pairs. They don't attach nearly as strongly as pace weights. I will be ordering more pace weights for my gym. I would die if one of those fell of and landed on a client's toe! LOL. No thanks. I will use them for myself. I'm hoping they will be fine. You have to jerk them quite a bit to get them to move. we shall see... I hope I didn't waste my time or money! Oh, and after researching nearly every magnet on the market too (it seems), I really don't think you could find a cheaper set-up than the paceweights. The magnets I bought were $1.20 each, and I have attached about 6 of them to each magnet (they have a pull force of 13pounds each)! The magnets I created were cheaper than platemates (which is what they resemble, but not as cheap as paceweghts. Darcy
