Guest guest
I really like them Donna Who knows if you would though..LOL. I don't think everyone raves about them.Darcy How cute, Darcy! I had been ignoring these ATRM workouts, but now I'm feeling tempted! Donna Subject: ATRM/ Legs & Arms & Abs To: " cathefans " <cathefans >, " exercisevideos " <exercisevideos >, workout.notes@... Date: Thursday, March 5, 2009, 8:34 AM Well, I had a good workout again this morning. I am really liking these ATRM workouts. They are a fusion of yoga, " dance conditioning " , and some pilates. I don't know what the term dance conditioning really means..there is no dancing... Anyway, I did 2 workouts. The legs one and then arms one. They were both about 30 minutes each. The legs one really worked me. The arms one not nearly as much, but it was perfect for a recovery week. I used 3 lb weights. My muscles were laughing at me I burned 251 calories with my average being 95 again. I am enjoying the yoga it has in it though.. the workouts are " hitting the spot " for me. I have to train later today, and make it to wal-mart at some point..ugh..I also have to mention something my 18 month old has been doing. When he asks to nurse, I tell him to go find " Fuzzy " (his blanket) Half the time he forgets to come back..LOL.. Well, yesterday he crossed his arms, tilted his head down, scowled, and " humphed " at me. It was freaking adorable. Since then, he's done it about 50 times.. He's such a ham. I love this age, but holy does he get into trouble EVERY day and makes messes that are neverending as well. Darcy
Guest guest
Thanks for answering Donna! They are definitely not my " regular " type of workouts, but I am enjoying them for a recovery week. they work perfectly for that :)Darcy All the Right Moves! By Grace Lazenby it is a " fusion " of Pilates, yoga, and dance-based toning (Lotte Berk-sih, Bar Method-ish) Hope that helps!Donna Subject: Re: ATRM/ Legs & Arms & Abs To: exercisevideos Date: Thursday, March 5, 2009, 10:56 AM what is ATRM?
