Guest guest
Sainsbury's Free from range is ok but still packed with sugar and chemicals. check out hte Dietary Needs Direct web site which has biscuits with fewer additives and some sweetened with apple concentrate rather than refined sugar. We used to make Tom gf biscuits when he was still allowed sugar, Im sure someone here would have a recipe. And you can sweeten with xylitol (Perfect Sweet in Sainsbury) which does not feed yeast, doesn't cause terrible behaviour like aspartame and is a bacteria killer. Because so manyh of our kids have yeast problems (even if they're hidden initially) I'd avoid actual sugar if you can. Xylitol and Honey are much less encouraging to candida and all those horrible things that can really exacerbate giggling and aggression and so on.
