Sainsbury's Free from range is ok but still packed with sugar and

chemicals. check out hte Dietary Needs Direct web site which has

biscuits with fewer additives and some sweetened with apple

concentrate rather than refined sugar.

We used to make Tom gf biscuits when he was still allowed sugar, Im

sure someone here would have a recipe. And you can sweeten with

xylitol (Perfect Sweet in Sainsbury) which does not feed yeast,

doesn't cause terrible behaviour like aspartame and is a bacteria

killer.

Because so manyh of our kids have yeast problems (even if they're

hidden initially) I'd avoid actual sugar if you can. Xylitol and

Honey are much less encouraging to candida and all those horrible

things that can really exacerbate giggling and aggression and so on.
