Today began day one of my 2 week Jari Love rotation! I started with the good

ole orginal – Get Ripped. What a nice workout this is! It's simple and to the

point, but good and challenging as well. I enjoyed this one a lot, and was able

to match/exceed Jari's weights the whole time! I could not do that last

September when last did this one. Not much else to say! (I know, shocking!

lol)

I'll have to see if I'm sore tomorrow. I'd like to do some heavy bag work, but

not if DOMS creeps up on me more than I expect! We'll see!
