Guest guest Posted April 6, 2009 Report Share Posted April 6, 2009 Today began day one of my 2 week Jari Love rotation! I started with the good ole orginal – Get Ripped. What a nice workout this is! It's simple and to the point, but good and challenging as well. I enjoyed this one a lot, and was able to match/exceed Jari's weights the whole time! I could not do that last September when last did this one. Not much else to say! (I know, shocking! lol) I'll have to see if I'm sore tomorrow.
