I received 2 journals and a neck pillow from Remicade...what I wish they'd send are tickets to Hawaii! Just to sit under a shady palm tree and gaze out at the ocean... Love... They ask you questions, and then your first gift will be mailed to you ( " Cooler " that you can put your Enbrel in when you travel). In six months, you are asked the same questions to see what, if any, difference the Enbrel has made. After answering those questions, you are sent the coffee mug. Also, you can request that they send your doctor an Enbrel Dosing System. This includes a short video on how to prepare and administer Enbrel, a mixing station designed to facilitate the preparation and use of the injection of Enbrel, a plastic sharps container, a plastic tray to hold the components of the injection, a copy of THE ENBREL EFFECT, etc. It's really quite nice.If you would like the telephone number, just let me know. I was on it before you needed a card and membership number, then was off then put back on and they just sent the card. Have tried to find a website but failed. Do you have a website or phone #?
