Guest guest Posted April 21, 2009 Report Share Posted April 21, 2009 Hi, Since I majorly kicked butt at work on Monday and caught up on work stuff I was behind on due to being sick over the weekend _ I was "blessed" with a light day today so I was able to sneak in two short sessions. First session was a 30 minute treadmill walk (2.3 miles) with 5 sets of push-ups/pull-downs/squats thrown in. I didn't reach my goals on the push-ups, but I have to keep trying to get back where I was before I got sick - but here's how it went: set 1 - 14 (got it)set 2 - 19 (17) set 3 - 14 (got it) set 4 - 14 (got it) set 5 - Max Reps - min 19 (got 15 in) Pull-downs and squats went fairly well. Then, later on I had time for a 20 minute Pilates session - I did Pick YOur Level Pilates w/ Ellen Barrett - side lying and matwork series. So, I'm glad i moved today even though I slept late.
