You should have come by to my place I did fall off the bone BBQ Ribs. You should be okay but once its in you its in you and you need to let it run its course. However, it could be a day ot two before you have any problems. I had bad mayo at a Subway I had it on a Friday afternoon by Saturday afternoon I was in hospital. Good luck.

   I just ate the worst Thanksgiving meal EVER!  My mom and I went to our next door neighbor's house for dinner.      The turkey and pork roast she cooked were almost raw!   I'm not a big fan of turkey so she made a pork roast for me.  When her son was done slicing the pork I saw blood in the plate.  There were pink areas on the turkey too.  I felt that since she had made it for me I had to eat it.  I ate two big slices of the pork...now I feel sick! 

     She called us over at 4pm but she hadn't even made the gravy yet and it was cold.  My pork was cold too and I wanted to warm/cook it in the microwave but she took it from me and only put it in the microwave for about 30 seconds EWW!

     The only other thing she had for us was some cut up vegetables.  My mom and I brought over corn casserole, jello and a pumpkin pie.  She had the meat (very undercooked,) cut up vegetables and potatoes with gravy.

      My mom and I will be having our " Thanksgiving " on Saturday or Sunday.  And we won't be having any food at our neighbor's house again EVER!Can I get sick from eating undercooked pork roast?  Is there anything I can do to prevent it?
