Guest guest Posted October 24, 2010 Report Share Posted October 24, 2010 Today I did the Amy Bento Slo Mo Strength challenge that I had rented from Netflix. I did the 74 minute premix. I did okay on mostly everything, although I used much lighter weights than she did, but towards the end in the core section I had some problems. My core needs a lot of work and it is the part I hate working the most. In this section there were some roll outs, where you stand up with the barbell in front of you on the floor and then bend over and roll out to a plank position and then roll back to a standing position again. Well, I tried it several times and I just cannot do it. I got the roll out part down fine, but then I do the fall on your fat belly part and just stay on the floor, the rolling back up part just isn't working out so well for me. I will definitley be skipping those for a while. This workout was just okay for me, I much prefer the Jari's for strength workouts. I may do another one of the shorter premixes this week before work, just to try again, but I'm not sure. in CA Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
