Guest guest Posted December 3, 2010 Report Share Posted December 3, 2010 Wednesday and Thursday I did the Turbo Jam Booty Sculpt and Abs, and today my foot was telling me I did too much on it. So I did yet another ab workout, but all floor mat this time. It's from ExerciseTV http://www.exercisetv.tv/workout-videos/cardio/pilates-power-5464?series=7766586\ 42 I've done this a couple of times before and I found it a good way to measure my progress. It's tough! (And the perky little instructor goes though it without breaking a sweat!) The first time I went through it, there were moves I could not manage at all. Now I can manage them all, but in varying quantities. My goal is to get through the entire workout looking like the instructor!!
