Guest guest Posted October 20, 2010 Report Share Posted October 20, 2010 Today is a rest day in CLX so I warmed up with Hip Hip Husle 8 and did the warmup and first of three blocks of Hustle. It was very fun! This took around 20 minutes. Next I did the Inner Thighs and Healthy Back practices from Yoga For Inflexible People, which took around 70 minutes. I desperately needed to stretch! Looking forward to Burn Circuit 2 tomorrow, and hearing about Stacey's BC2 workout today! In other news: an obese friend of mine with diabetes (who still eats candy) went to see Noel yesterday, and according to Noel he seemed excited and will call to arrange for more sessions! Yay! I hope to hear my friend's side of the story today. Tonite I get to watch last night's episode of The Biggest Loser, which never fails to inspire!
