Guest guest
Hello, I live in Massachusetts. I have been buying raw milk for about three years now, but I would say regularly for two years. I started cooking the Nourishing Traditions way about two years ago, too, because of my reflux. I couldn't take the constant pain and I did not want to take medication for the rest of my life as my gastroenterologist suggested. I can buy raw milk at the farm here in Massachusetts and I am a member of a buying club so that one person can pick up the milk and drop it off at a site more convenient for our pick-up. The biggest problem that I am having right now is that I can't buy raw cream. The state dairy inspector has told the two farms that I buy milk from that they cannot "process" the milk and she is including separating the cream from the milk in that definition. She can't point to that statement in the regs. but she says her boss considers separation to be processing. I WANT RAW CREAM! I think that this is ridiculous! Well, that's my story. Also, I have three children that I homeschool, a husband, a dog and an orphaned kitten. Nice to meet you all. I look forward to chatting with you!
