Guest guest
I bought my milk kefir grains from Marilyn @ http://www.kefirlady.com/ She also offers water grains. Mine came as promised, carefully wrapped and viable, and HUGE (I'd done kefir before, but my grains were never this fat/large). By the way, regarding what to do with extra grains, doesn't anyone eat them? We always have done this, and my kids when very young especially LOVED it, saying with a wicked gleam in their eye that they were " eating babies! " I think the grains aren't quite as tart as the kefir itself, so it was a good bridge to drinking the kefir. 8~) __________________________________________ Being on the tightrope is living; everything else is waiting. ~Karl Wallenda
