Loved it!!!!  LOVED IT! This is really different from what we've done so far. What a fun change! It alternates faster paced strength work at 70% of 1RM with plyo bursts. It goes by really fast.  I held back a little, but I shouldn't have. Looking at my HRM, I stayed within my range, but this one is intervals, so I should have topped out a little more on the plyos.  I'll pull out the stops next time.

There's one set I had trouble with: Down Up Jumps. You stand in front of your step, and then you jump up onto the set with both feet. They've got 4 risers under their steps. LOL! I couldn't even make myself try. It completely psyched me out. I balked. I dropped the step down to two risers + the step, and then my brain let me do it. Maybe my brain will let me try 3 risers under the step sometime in the future.

After plyo legs, I did 3 sets of 12 assisted pull ups on the push-pull tower, 2 sets of push ups on the suspension trainer ropes, 1 set of chest flyes on the ropes, and 2 sets of abs on the ropes. I took 1 minute rests between sets and used the time to put away my other gear.

My abs are fried.Off to shower. I'll post some pictures of my ropes set up a little later.
