's Wednesday workout

Hi all, This morning before work I did Joyce Vedral Fast Forward on VHS. I liked it. It was the pyramid thing again with the weights. I used 5's, 7's and 8's. My elbow was making a weird popping sound this time, no pain, just a weird noise, it never did that before, I guess it's just old age. It had some nice ab work at the end. Just this evening I started to feel it just a skosh in my abs, not as much as I would have liked. My abs are my worst area and the area I hate to work most. This workout was about 45 minutes long. I am off work tomorrow, but I don't get to sleep in too long. I have to take my daughter for an ultra sound at 7:30 AM, I will come home and do a workout after that. I didn't have time this morning to post so that's why I'm doing it now. Have a great evening everyone.
