Guest guest
I watched the clip. I was baffled by the fact that the gov. rep. said they could sell the milk they just want to regulate it. The dairy farm said that the only way to sell the milk legally was to have a dairy facility which I assume means a grade A dairy, and that the county doesn't permit it. This is indeed the issue I am guessing. As someone who just went through the process of getting a loan through the USDA FSA office and being denied for lack of experience in running a Grade A dairy and fear of taking on a loan to build one to meet all the requirements at $300,000.00. I am left to wonder myself what to do.
