Guest guest
Thanks so much , talking to another mum yesterday and I remembered before TriQuench I was taking Thyadine which did give good effect, appetite reduced, bowels moving, seemed to promote motility. I was taking 6 drops of that too. Hmmmmmmmm, lots of reading to do Mandi x Hi Isobel, Mandi and Tracey,First - here is the list of companion nutrients:a. Vit C – 2,000 – 5,000 mgs / day – supports the symporters and assists as an antioxidant to detoxing.b. Selenium – 200 – 400 mcg / day – needed for detoxification and thyroid hormone creation.c. Unrefined salt (Celtic) – ½ tsp / day – supports adrenals, binds to bromide and assists in removal, supports symporters (sodium iodine symporters or NIS)d. Magnesium – 400 mgs / day – critical for over 300 enzyme reactions in the body.e. Optional – ATP CoFactors -1 tablet 2x / day – when individuals continue to feel fatigued or have autoimmune thyroid disease this product can assist in increasing ATP (energy) within the cells. The reason why Iodoral and Lugols is considered the best is because both contain both potassium iodide and elemental iodine. The body apparently needs both, especially the reproductive organs and places like the breasts - it would be best if you either joined the Iodine group or looked at somewhere like www.iodine4health.com - I am not an expert!Personnally I feel that the Iodine Protocol is very pertinent to us, I feel alot better on it and with the thyroid hormone I am beginning to feel more like I used to. My temperature has stabilised a bit higher than it used to be although it is still on the low side. Vicky who is struggling big time with her endocrine system says that she has much more energy when she is taking at least 50mg of Iodoral. Her thyroid gland swelled up when she first started taking Iodoral - this didn't happen on the Triquench, it seems that if your thyroid gland needs iodine it does swell up to start with. The swelling has almost gone now. Vicky is definitley better on the Iodoral than on the Tri-Quench - it is very upsetting to think that she has been iodine deficient probably since she was conceived. You can buy Iodoral from the Nutri centre as well - it is supposed to be better on the stomach than lugol's. xx> > >> > > I have been taking TriQuench 6-8 drops most every day for about 3 > > > months and I don't feel any different, not now or at the beginning and I > > > started on 2 drops, went to 4 then 6 then 8 and still nothing. Guest guest
Thanks .. I have been really craving herbamare on my food recently ... and only noticed yesterday that it has trace iodine in it... also seem better when I eat the seaweed used to wrap around sushi... initially felt very spaced out and had racing heart.. but definately breathing better and with more energy now.. Also using thyradine... the homeopathic/ herbal thyroid support from Mandi Mart again.... So thanks.. seems we are on the right track with thyroid and the end of the overweight me.. Tracey Herbamare is spice with salt and contains iodine - I think it is organic. I got it at Nutricentre. I think I feel better when use it regularly eg on salads, eggs or in soups. Guest guest
hi mandi i found that the thyadine was good as well it helped with thyroid and I lost loads of weight but as I dont eat much this seemed easy but it also improved my cognition along side some herbs and thyroid issues, have you thought of iurdoral [prob. spelt wrong] lugols is so heavy and you cant take 6 drops of this as you would throw up...and the other think about pottassium is that coconut water is like taking 4 bananas so must be ok for some people I take all of what takes except bromide and have seen a great improvement Isobel > > > > > > > > I have been taking TriQuench 6-8 drops most every day for about > 3 > > > > months and I don't feel any different, not now or at the beginning > and I > > > > started on 2 drops, went to 4 then 6 then 8 and still nothing. Guest guest
That's a pleasure Mandi - good luck. We tried Thyadine and that didn't do anything for us. Glad that it did for you & Isobel though - we definitley do better on milligram doses of iodine rather than microgram. Happy reading. x > > > > > > > > I have been taking TriQuench 6-8 drops most every day for about > 3 > > > > months and I don't feel any different, not now or at the beginning > and I > > > > started on 2 drops, went to 4 then 6 then 8 and still nothing.
