Guest guest
I wanted to introduce myself to the group. I am from Vermont and started using home DVD videos in 2007 with Rodney Yee's & Waldens Yoga series I saw in Costco. I can say that before I used those Yoga DVD's I was was a dedicated gym iron worker, biased and thought dvd workouts were not serious, I was certainly wrong. Once I was introduced to this form of working out I expanded my collection with: the early Zumba, Turbo Jam, Jillian 's Shred, Brazilian Butt Lift, Barry's Bootcamp, Yoga Booty Ballet, Kathy , Chalene Extreme, Jackie Warner, Cathe Freidrich and The Pit. I am doing a P90X/Turbo Jam split right now and just recently purchased Insanity but am still super intimidated to start that.. I am not a competitive fitness person, the diet strategy puts me off, I do toss around competing at least once in my lifetime. Now instead of paying gym membership dues I slowly add on to my fitness library and home gym. Now I have hex weights, recumbent bike and lat pull down/squat rack with bench. My next add is for kettlebells and perhaps fitdecks or a, surprise, kettlebell workout DVD so any suggestions will be much appreciated. Oh I almost forgot my Wii system.. can't forget that..
