Guest guest Posted November 10, 2010 Report Share Posted November 10, 2010 Hi Everyone,Had a little trouble sleeping last night so I was short on time this morning -due to sleeping in a tiny bit later. So, I hoped on the treadmill - I can walk faster on the TM than w/ and today I even added some jogging intervals 2 min jogging/3 min walking for about a mile and a half. I finished the 4 miles in about 50 minutes. So, whew!I didn't have time for much else but did Energy Boost Pilates w/ Ana Caban. Probably should have just focused on stretching instead of that, but what the heck.Tomorrow 2 miles and Pilates! I skipped push-ups this a/m but will aim to get 20 in tonight.
