I had the scoby hotel in a glass jar in the basement which is a bit cooler than the normal environment for me. It's probably 62 degrees F (not sure the Celsius conversion). I noticed that I was growing a nice thick culture even in the basement. Does that mean that my KT could brew just as well if I kept it down there also?
