Today was cardio day. I have been jumping rope during the week on my workdays, but I like to try different stuff on the weekends when I have more time to rewind and do over the messups and stuff I am unfamiliar with. Today I did 10 minute solutions Carb Burner. I only did the first 4 routines, I did the slow & steady burn, the carb killer, power blast, and the interval burn. I didn't do the last section metabolism booster because it was with weights and I didn't feel like using weights today, I will do some kind of weights tomorrow. This was a nice little workout that didn't require hauling out any equipment to do, just nice and simple, but yet a good little workout. Dozois is the instructor on this one. I liked it. Have a great evening everyone.
