Guest guest Posted March 20, 2009 Report Share Posted March 20, 2009 Friday, March 20, 2009 forget to post sorry yesterday did 30 min cardio from wii fitness coach and first segment of keli roberts abs spine and posture which is 3 8 min ab routines using the ball. i would have to try more then one routine b/c the one was okay but didn't do very much for me.this morning did 15 min upper body with wii fitness coach and then 1 hour at the Y on the machines and also did arm/shoulder work with dumbbells and stability ball. just can't get the hang of the machines for the arms and shoulders. i guess no biggie since really i need heavier weight for back/chest/legs eventually my arms will catch up. sure getting plenty of shoulder work with kettlebells too though. i did an impressive 10 pullups(granted assisted but that is not bad for only starting on this!)but couldn't get very far with chin ups only stuck with 5.really have to come up with a program but for now just been bouncing to each machine starting with larger muscle groups and moving down. should give the downstairs weight room a try b/c they have more machines like a leg press but at a different angle etc etc. i also want to still work at home too so figuring stuff out. fitness blogmy domainSpecial Needs Scouting Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
