I thought about heading out to S.F. for the day, but I just couldn't face weekday traffic today. I have enough of that during the week. So, I put the bike on the trainer and did the warm up, the cooldown, and 2 of the 4 hills. This thing is HARD. It really feels like you're climbing, and I need to work my way up to doing the whole workout. I'll try again on Wednesday. Coach Troy gives you a minute between hills, but I needed a bit more. I accidentally ended up taking about 5 minutes. I had set the remote on a rolling side table, and it came apart when I tried to pull it. I had to go find pliers to fix it while my heart rate came down, and I ended up pinching my hand with the pliers. Stupid cheap furniture! I have a blood blister on my hand, LOL! My heart rate was still aerobic at that point! So, after much cursing, I got back on my bike 5 minutes later and did one more hill.
