If anyone knows of a 4 pound set of gloves that is good please let me know. From Cathe's site I ended up buying the STS tower, a step mat, and the firewalker loops. I also bought a Cathe 20 pound weighted vest from Amazon as it was cheaper and I am still on the free Prime trial. I used the 10 percent discount that came in the email today from Cathe's site. The shipping was expensive but at least I got everything I wanted.
