Guest guest Posted December 1, 2010 Report Share Posted December 1, 2010 You're plan sounds great !D  Awesome burn, Darcy! I miss my bells  Once CLX is over I'm gonna cash in my free training with Noel (I referred someone to him who bought lots of sessions) and work with him for a month or two before hitting P90X. During that time I hope to fit in kettlebells once a week!  Well, I was slow to start today. Kettlebells can be so intimidating! However, I'm happy to report I missed it and I enjoyed lots. I used my 25 lb bell for every exercise, which was perfect. I was working, but it wasn't killing me  I burned 450 with my average at 131 in the 44 minutes. I wanted to, so badly, do the 13 minute blast afterwards, but I started feeling a bit sick, and decided it best not to totally exhaust myself...sigh.. that's a big step for me!!
