Monday - Gilad's Step Aerobics & PM Yoga for Beginners (Element w/ Elena Brower - good!) Tuesday - Ellen Barrett's Slim Sculpt & Ellen's Pick Your Level Pilates Side lying and mat series Wed - Run/Walk and 2 segments from Austin Hit The Spot Pilates ( is mega annoying!) Thurs - MM Strength, Workout # 2 (lower body - really hits the back of the legs and glutes nicely!) - plus Pilates Toys Sections from J. Kries Hot Body/Cool Mind Friday - MM Endurance # 2, 1 mile on the TM, Pilates from Hot Body Cool Mind, Level 2 Today was a rest day - we have houseguests so I didn't even stretch.
