yoga morning

this morning i did yoga complete for everybody's

beginners floor practice. gentle floor stretches ending with a relaxing

long savasana. i felt more awake after the savasana despite waking up

grumpy and tired. back and legs feel a whole lot better but my body

overall has DOMS from my workouts yesterday. my chest from tracey

mallet's quick blast and hams and abs from amy's kettlebells. have to

go back to work today UGH i guess only a 3 day week SHOULD fly by

quickly. be nice to be moving again and having my handing water cup

LOL. i drank water but just not as much as at work with my thermos of

ice water.off to the races.
