Guest guest
You can now buy coconut milk kefir at Whole Foods. You can also order probiotic drinks from Body Ecology. Best would be to drain your own young coconuts and use the fresh water (not milk) and use BED starters to make your own probiotic mineral rich drink. Coconut milk a different product than the young water. We want the water for the minerals. (have even been used in war time for blood plasma when this was short) You can too buy packaged water, but fresh will always be best as it's living and not pasteurized. The living fresh water will yield the most healing food. In CA you can now get organic coconut water. However I think these other options great when in a pinch (always in our busy lives with autism huh)....when traveling. We are driving to PA next week and do so each year. I always have my body ecology drinks shipped to our destination. However for this week I have fresh coconuts in the fridge to make my next fresh batch. Step by step I just keep making the best decisions based on the whole picture. Though the fresh is best, having a nervous breakdown in the process of cutting the darn thing isn't Th1 stimulating either. Back when I was a lunatic in my kitchen and feared my husband would leave me and the authorities would take my kids I did all this crazy shit in private. I cut a case of coconuts open each week alone and had all of it cleaned up by the time my husband came home. Once my husband saw that I was onto something and our kids started to improve and he asked " what are you doing? " I shared with him and then he used his muscle to open all the coconuts. Flash forward 5 years he's my ghee maker and even makes cultured vegetables with me too! My own young kids can now make all this stuff. Once so exhausting and lonely....now a real joy.
