Hello

I would like to know if any one is familiar about a LAW that prohibit to

observed your son's class. I have a 7yrs old boy who attended at HISD school. He

is in a Behavior class. He is doing better but apparently every time he goes to

an ancillary class (specially Library and PE) it is a nightmare for him, teacher

and other kids. It has being for this 20days of school or so. I asked the

teacher that his ABA therapist would like to observed the time , where he goes

to PE or Library and I got a call from the school secretary telling me that

according with the LAW (what LAW) no one that doesn't work for HISD can come

into the school . Also she said for the protection and privacy of others kids,

and she mention for being a VANGARD school can not allowed that.EXCUSE

ME.............I didn't want to discuss with her further, because I need feed

back and definitely I want to know about this stupid LAW

I just want to help my son. Why when HIS ABA therapist take him to the

Library, now he is doing much better than before, but the school still have

problems with him.

Please, could some one give me some feed back about this.

Thank you

Rosie I
