Guest guest Posted December 1, 2010 Report Share Posted December 1, 2010 Well, I was slow to start today. Kettlebells can be so intimidating! However, I'm happy to report I missed it and I enjoyed lots. I used my 25 lb bell for every exercise, which was perfect. I was working, but it wasn't killing me  I burned 450 with my average at 131 in the 44 minutes. I wanted to, so badly, do the 13 minute blast afterwards, but I started feeling a bit sick, and decided it best not to totally exhaust myself...sigh.. that's a big step for me!!
