Guest guest Posted November 4, 2010 Report Share Posted November 4, 2010 I did STS 16 Chest Triceps & Shoulders today. This one had something called back off sets. You pyramid down in 3 sets, and then quickly drop your weights by 40% and do reps until failure. Very interesting. I'm enjoying all these different patterns. I'm looking forward to getting the STS tower on Monday. I really could have used it with my barbell today. It's getting harder to set up for chest presses because my barbell is getting heavy. It's hard to sit back up and then get that barbell off of me safely. I'm going to do STS 17 legs tomorrow because my legs have rested, and I'm doing my 50k on Sunday. I want to have a rest day on Saturday, and I don't want to wait until next week to do legs again. It's not a hilly 50k, so I think it'll be OK this way. I also did a walk commute today.
