Wow Sandie! I'm REALLY impressed!!! I got up early this morning,

but it was to get to work, because I'm absolutely swamped this week!!!

Janick

who has been putting in 10-12 hour days at work this week and has

hardly seen her family

I didn't get up until 4:30am this morning! I wasn't asleep; I was staring at

the ceiling wondering how I got myself in to this. LOL Anyway, by 4:30 I was

up and ready to go. I completed a 30min Get Ripped Basic workout and felt

great afterward. I was so hungry I ate 2 bowls of Corn Flakes for breakfast.

The " meltdown period " was brief today. I also did the Abs and Glutes video

last night. I will start posting my messages after my workouts to keep

myself honest!

Way to go ! I have been starving lately too!! I know it always

happens the first week or two I just start working out again and I end up

actually putting on a few pounds. I don't stress any more since it comes

right off when I get myself adjusted but boy am I famished lately!!

Colleen, who remembered now she has gotten up at 4:30 to workout...but does

it count if it was from insomnia <G>

Thanks Janick :o)!!!!!! I hope your schedule slows

down. Are you at least compensated for those extra

hours?

Sandie, Tae and Bo who knows some people are Exempt

Employees and aren't always compensated for the hours

they're required to work :o(

You've got a lot on your plate right now and to be honest it stinks! But I

know you can handle it. Hopefully there will be a replacement for the other

person soon. Despite everything you are a lucky woman, Janick. You have a

beautiful child and a husband whom adores you. (And don't forget about us!)
