I got up early this morning, but it was to get to work, because I'm absolutely swamped this week!!! Guest guest
I know you have a demanding career and family life, but don't forget to take care of yourself. :)
Guest guest
I didn't get up until 4:30am this morning! I wasn't asleep; I was staring at the ceiling wondering how I got myself in to this. LOL Anyway, by 4:30 I was up and ready to go. I completed a 30min Get Ripped Basic workout and felt great afterward. I was so hungry I ate 2 bowls of Corn Flakes for breakfast. The " meltdown period " was brief today. I also did the Abs and Glutes video last night. I will start posting my messages after my workouts to keep myself honest!

Guest guest
Hey, it doesn't matter why you were up at 4:30am. The most important point is that you worked out!
Guest guest
Way to go ! I have been starving lately too!! I know it always happens the first week or two I just start working out again and I end up actually putting on a few pounds. I don't stress any more since it comes right off when I get myself adjusted but boy am I famished lately!! Colleen, who remembered now she has gotten up at 4:30 to workout...but does it count if it was from insomnia <G> Re: Re: Checkin' In With Sgt. Monse )!!!!! I didn't get up until 4:30am this morning! I hope your schedule slows down. Are you at least compensated for those extra hours? Guest guest
You've got a lot on your plate right now and to be honest it stinks! But I know you can handle it. Hopefully there will be a replacement for the other person soon. Despite everything you are a lucky woman, Janick. You have a beautiful child and a husband whom adores you. (And don't forget about us!)
Guest guest
Thanks, Darcy. You're not doing too bad yourself! I'm glad you're feeling better. So, where are those mirrors?
