Guest guest Posted November 17, 2010 Report Share Posted November 17, 2010 Hi Everyone, Today was 5 miles on the TM - for about 2.5 miles I did a 2 min jog/2min walk pattern that speeded things up. So I finished this up in about an hour and then I stretched on my own.
