Wed - 5 miles

Hi Everyone,

Today was 5 miles on the TM - for about 2.5 miles I did a 2 min jog/2min walk pattern that speeded things up. So I finished this up in about an hour and then I stretched on my own. I really feel good about my workout b/c today was one of those days I absolutely did not want to get up to workout!Hope everyone has a good day!Donna
