Guest guest
Hi, Sorry you got the dreaded mold but glad you discovered it. Be sure to throw out any Kombucha that was in the batch with mold wether it was in direct contact with the mold or not. Clean everything, jars, utensils, covers etc. very well and rinse with a lot in hot water. If you have any houseplants near your fermenting container move one or the other, the soil in houseplants can contains molds. Start again and here's hoping you have a great new batch with no mold at all. Peace, Love and Harmony, Bev > > My scoby has green mold! I live in Battle Creek...willing to drive a ways if needed. Thanks in advance... >
