It is better, though, and that is encouraging - it just seems to be improving in baby steps as opposed to giant leaps. Anyway - Day 1 of the challenge for me was 3 miles on the treadmill (which, thankfully, has continued to operate w/out a problem, fingers crossed that continues!) I walked slower than normal - just a 4 mph pace - normally I walk closer to 5 mph but when I did that last week my back went bonkers again - also no incline. Afterward I did Cool it Off Express w/ Debbie Siebers. 30 min of athletic stretching which worked very well. Tomorrow I plan to do 2 miles of followed by Pilates. I'd like to get a fairly long Pilates session in, but I'll play it by ear. I also hope to do some outdoor walking tomorrow as well.
