I, too, have to take with several grains of salt any alarmist

article that refuses to name its sources and especially one that

feels the need to include references to Hitler, Mao, etc.

(weak..).  This type of article just damages the credibility of

responsible journalists and reporters, and the movement itself,

IMHO.

However, I have seen legitimate new stories about the swat raids on

various small food producers, and, I have also been asked (out of

the blue) if I would sell milk for various purposes.  I don't.

Some of these requests have come from the state university email

system where the state veterinarian (who thinks raw milk is toxic

waste) works.

Some articles are credible and some are false or exaggerated. I

take info from them with a grain of salt.

I went to the Naturalnews website article and it is unbelievable. I don't know anything about the credibility of the article or the website. All of this information is incredible. Is there anyway to check it out and make sure its not a hoax or propaganda from some irate person or groups. I am sitting here astounded. I don't want to be gulliable but I don't want to be ignorant either.

Greetings,

The paralells between what is happening in the US and what happened in

Nazi Germany have been noted since the 1970s, the comparisons are just

getting closer. Not really alarmist. However, if it was you passing

the information, would you want to be reveal as a source?

The calls seem to have stopped. The third, yesterday afternoon, was for a child

in dire straights. The first was a child with digestive problems. The second was

for an infant who had been in the hospital for most of its 3 month life. Who,

even if they could, would sell milk to a 3 month old baby when somebody is

telling them it is close to death.

Every time I told them that goat milk is for sale in Food Lion they replied that

the doctor said it had to be " fresh " from the goat. This has to be a doc with

very good malpractice insurance. Can't imagine any I know brave enough to say

this to the family of the 3 month old close to death.

Managed to sell the bottle baby goat late yesterday afternoon, took the ad off

line and all has been quiet today. Told every caller to call and write their

representatives in the state gov't as they are the law makers, not me! The last

caller hung up after I told her that while 3 free meals a day sounds nice the

rooms in prison are just too small. <G>

Peace and quiet until the next doe kids and I have an ad on line again!

For those who want to know HOW to check the veracity of the Natural

New's " news " , (or any other news reports), go to the links, (unless you

suspect phishing, spam traps, etc. in which case go directly to the

site). As you read the articles, look for citations, links to genuine

court cases about the " news " of that article. It is when you read the

actual legal happenings that you will know " what's going on " (which

might not be " the truth " , but you will know who is charging who with

what, when, why, if you read both sides and/or the government's side.

As you read the " what's going on " as alleged, see how it compares with

that " news " from the news article. I have found Natural News generally

reports well on what's happening, when and where.

But ...until the final court decisions (sometimes not until the S.Ct.

and sometimes not even there) will the various truths come out because

one has to learn to read when the cases are being won and lost on

" process and procedure " grounds ..who filed the right paper, or not,

when, etc. Many times it is NOT the " substance " or " the real issue " we

would like to see fought ..but some stupid tangential thing which either

side will then use to bolster their argument of " this proves that " .

BUT ...it is still the only way to really know who's doing what, or is

alleged to have done to whom, and what the courts are actually saying on

what may be several " issues " presented in the case.

OR .. do comparisons of reports via those investigative reporters you

can trust have the intellect, schooling, and objectivity to report

fairly and accurately on the real issues. Schmidt has fought

the good fight I believe, as has Natural News generally and I have

benefitted by trusting many of the articles from Natural News. (I do

not have a dog in their fight, otherwise)

Hope this may help those who want the evidences of things " happening " as

they happen, or to check on past happenings ...Joyce Simmerman
