I love it! I posted a review recently, if you search the forum online you can probably find it. All the Jiggle Free workouts are good. Keep in mind though, they do use the TransFIRMer, which, among other configurations, gives you a slanted surface (slanted risers for a step work like this too). You can do the workout without it but it helps.

Does anyone have this DVD by The Firm, if so, do you like it? I have a chance to get it from the DVD swap site but I want to make sure it is good first before I waste a credit on it. Thanks. in CA

Thanks . I do have the step with the slanted risers. I went ahead and ordered it. I like most all the firm workouts. Thanks for the review.
